BIOGRAFIA DJ TIESTO

Nació en Breda (Países Bajos), ciudad donde, en 2004, todavía reside. Entre 1985 y 1993 fue Dj residente en varios clubs de su país. Hasta entonces, produjo trabajos hardcore/gabber bajo los sobrenombres de Da Joker/Dj Limited, pero a mediados de los 90 comenzó a producir trance. En 1997, Arny Bink y él cofundaron Black Hole Recordings.

Dj tiesto es uno de los componentes de gouryella junto con su amigo Ferry corsten, el propio tiesto es de los ultimos djs famosos que han salido de holanda. Su nombre ral es Tijs Vewest , habil dj y productor que tambien es remezclador, se ha convertido en uno de los djs del trance mas reconocidos de reuno unido gracias a sus sets fabulosos.

Sus mayores se deben a su colaboración con Ferry Cornsten en Gouryella con las canciones tipo “gouryella” y el tema de walhalla, que ambos fueron publicados con el sello tsunami que ha estado en las maletas de los mejores djs del mundo por mucho tiempo, algo difícil para estos tiempos.

Tiesto, experto remezclador que a demostrado con su transformación del tema "Destination Sunshine" de Balearic Bill en el sello Xtravaganza Records, y uno de sus últimos trabajos, "Njordfell" fue recogido por Graham Gold en su sello Good :As.

Los éxitos de Tiesto en el terreno de la producción le han permitido acceder a muchos de los mejores clubs del Reino Unido, con muchos promotores queriendo contratarle para sus fiestas. Por ejemplo, ha pinchado regularmente en fiestas tan famosos como el Gatecrasher de Sheffield o en Slinky.

hoy en dia Tiesto viaja muchas veces al mes a Ibiza invitado por Gatecrasher y otros clubs y es considerado como uno de los mejores Djs de trance
